Cim introduces the new, advanced Metal Plate Systems (MPS) line
We are excited to introduce the Cim’s new Metal Plate Systems (MPS), engendered to mark on metal plates and dog tags respectively for industrial products and components identification and traceability, and military identification.
The satisfaction of our customers is at the heart of our work, which is why we continue to invest in the research and development of new technical and innovative solutions, to always better respond to the future challenges of the market.
It is with this in mind that the MPS line has been totally renewed, with a new modern attractive design and a high technical content, the new MPS machines are advanced solutions that can be integrated into any existing factory or office network.
What’s new in the latest CIM’s Metal Plate Systems?
1. New cover design
New design, modern and attractive, without losing the traditional robustness.
2. Increased performance
Increased performance – an average increase of 10-15%.
3. New 7” color touchscreen display with high resolution
Machines are equipped with a built-in 7 "WVGA LCD touchscreen display with simple and easy to use icon and buttons. Embedded software with multilevel user profile menu management for high level security access. Machine configuration and safety can be managed thru passwords access to avoid mistakes and to keep information protected. Separation from production information management.
4. New IoT (internet of things) ) remote access and management
- Web services: The machine set-up and operations can be entirely managed remotely via the web or through the use of VNC (Virtual Networking Computing) client, using a personal computer or other devices connected to the Customer’ s network.
- Data transfer: Data import/export and the machine updating can be managed from any device connected to the embosser via Ethernet by using the FTP protocol (file transfer protocol).
5. New communication interface USB (type A, type B), Ethernet and WiFi
Machines can be connected to a personal computer, to load data and start production, or to another device, such as keyboard, barcode reader or other if needed.
